iMatch from Photools. Looks really good, better than other tools I've seen. Really strong category support. Able to copy selected files around on your disk, ie. for staging for burning or uploading to websites. Need to try it out some more before I commit to it, but it looks good.

[Update:] I had a bit of time to give this a try, and it seems pretty good. It lets you modify your picture ( rotate, crop etc.) without modifying the original on disk. The timeline feature is pretty nice, but my albums (directories) are a bit of a mess, so I don't think I'm seeing all of the capabilities of the program.
Adobe Photoshop Album has many of the features of Apple's iPhoto, including a timeline viewer and grouping by categories.
